Saturday we went and bought our first Christmas tree and it is a cute one! We decided on a little tree, hardly 5 feet tall, that would be perfect for our apartment. I love the smell of the tree. When we went to decorate it, I realized over half of my ornaments are still in Texas, so we had to go buy a few more, along with a tree topper. I just love the holiday spirit that comes from trees, lights, and decorated houses. We leave it on pretty much all day and night when we are home. It's a pretty jolly tree.
Awesome! Alex freaked out that we aren't getting a Christmas tree this year. I didn't think he would care but he asked when we were getting one and he started crying when I said we weren't getting one.
