While my mom and I were at home slaving away back in Texas, Mike went on an all expenses paid trip of lifetime (practically) to NYC where he dined on the rooftop of a 3 story steak house, stayed at The Westin in Jersey City, saw Wicked on Broadway, ate chicken sliders at a NY Yankees, and consumed other food of much grandeur for 11 days. Daily he sent me pictures or face-timed me about his adventures. I got to virtually walk through Central Park with him for about an hour as we watched the entertainers (I have never been to New York but have always wanted to go). He went to NYC with 11 other new employees from his building, also known as the Dallas crew. The crew attended trainings with other teams from all across the nation. Half of the trainings were in Jersey City and the other half were in Manhattan. Mike was a total sweetheart and surprised me with macarons from La Maison Du Chocolat.

It was fun to see which sights were important or cool to him based on what he took pictures of.

This picture was big surprise! I was super impressed with the number of pictures he sent me that actually had his face in them! I think I got about 4!!
(Mike sure likes to squish Lady Liberty!)
And that's a glimpse into the business trip of JPM man
