So February started off as a busy month! Mike was swamped with midterms, internship interviews, and more job fairs. We even went up to SLC one night for a finance meeting that was held at the Monaco Hotel. I went along for the appetizers of course. On Wednesday the 6th, I drove up to Pocatello ID for my dental hygiene anesthesia course. I stayed there until Saturday afternoon. It was so great to be back in school again! I actually miss being in class all day, and school is much more fun than going to work every day. One of my friends, who is a hygienist in American Fork that I temped for at Christmas time, was staying at the same hotel. So we studied together, watched the bachelor, went to the gym, and went out to eat all over town. My two favorite places we ate were Buffalo Wild Wings, and The Tuscano Cafe. Our hotel also had hot out-of-the-oven cookies every night at 8, which we definitely took advantage of. While I was in Idaho, Mike was in NYC for a finance interview. They flew him out, and he got to stay at this beautiful hotel called The Roosevelt. It was pretty Swank. He sent me pictures during his travels, and it sounds like he had fun! Luckily he was able to get the last flight out of NYC, before winter storm Nemo hit. He was surprised the plane even took off since it was blizzarding so badly. Luckily we both made it home safely. Hopefully our personal trips never fall on the same weekend again, so that we can travel with each other on our business trips like usual.

A sneak of things we do in anesthesia class..

Mike was able to walk all over the city and to his interviews before the storm hit. His favorite meal was the pizza he got at "Little Italy Pizza"
Before I left for Idaho, the sun was out and shining, so Nicole and I went for a 6+ mile hike. It was great to be outside again. I really hate that because I live in Utah, I can't spend every day outside like I could in Texas.
