Day Trip!

Dallin & Mike's last day of school selfie in the Tanner building

(I'm still on writing strike until I finish my last grad paper of the semester!) Tuesday April 22nd Mister Mike finished his last exam of his undergrad career. That night my parents arrived from Texas and Wednesday was Mike's official first day of freedom (until his new job begins in July). We both took Wed-Fri off work this week so we could have a 5 day weekend to spend time with our families. We slept in until 9 and then met up with my parents at Kneaders for all you can eat french toast. After Kneaders, we went on a day trip adventure that included shopping at Scheels, clay pigeon shooting in Cedar Valley at Wasatch Wing and Clay, Five Guys and hiking part of Mount Timpanogas. It was so much fun to show my parents around and get to spend the day with them. We were also surprised at the amount of snow up on the Timp trail. The hike was a fun adventure.
